Get to know Mr. Haakonson:
My name is Chris Haakonson and this will be my 4th year teaching in the Medford School District and my 6th year teaching overall. This is also my first year teaching 3-6 PE and I could not be more thrilled to be teaching your son/daughter! Physical Education has always been a passion of mine, and I hope to share that passion with your student as well. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, camping, hunting and fishing, hanging out with family and friends, and playing with my two dogs. I look forward to interacting with you and getting to know the families of our wonderful students here at Medford Elementary!

Classroom Rules:
My rules of class are very simple:
1. Respect each other
2. Respect the equipment
3. Respect the teacher or other adults in the gym
4. Be safe
5. HAVE FUN!
If rules are not followed by students:
1. Verbal warning is given
2. Student will sit out for 5 minutes
3. Student will sit out the entire class period/ further talks with principal/ parents.
